วิธี Reset aruba controller 650

aruba controller เป็นอุปกรณ์บริหารจัดการ wireless access point ของ aruba ให้ใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดการ Wireless Access Point, การติดตามการใช้งานของ User หรือแม้แต่การปรับปรุง firmware ไปยัง Access Point ตัวต่างๆ

หากลืมรหัสผ่านเข้าใช้งานแล้วจะทำอย่างไร ตามมาดูวิธี reset aruba controller 650 กันครับ

อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้งาน
1.Aruba 650 Controller

2.Notebook หรือ PC
3.สาย usb to rs232
4.สาย rs232 to rj45

5.โปรแกรม putty (website)

วิธี reset password
1.ติดตั้ง driver usb to rs232 หากพร้อมใช้งาน device manager ในส่วน Ports จะพบชื่ออุปกรณ์และหมายเลข COM Port

2.เชื่อมต่อสายเข้าช่อง Console ของ aruba

3.เปิดโปรแกรม putty เลือกเป็นแบบ Serial ใส่ Speed เป็น 9600 ใส่ serial line เป็น COMxx ที่ปรากฏ ในข้อ 1

4.เปิด switch aruba แล้วรอให้ Boot เสร็จ

5.จากนั้น พิมพ์ข้อมูลตามด้านล่าง

Password: enable
(650) #configure terminal
(650) (config) #mgmt-user admin root
Password:
Re-Type password:
(650)#reload

วิธี reset configuration
1.เข้าไปที่ Controller แล้ว login ให้เรียบร้อย

User:admin
Password:********
(650) >enable
Password:********

2.พิมพ์ write erase all จากนั้นกด y

(650) #write erase all
Switch will be factory defaulted. All the configuration and databases will be deleted. Press 'y' to proceed :
Write Erase successful

3.Reload Controller พิมพ์ reload จากนั้นกด y
(650) #reload
Do you really want to restart the system(y/n): y

System will now restart!
Shutdown processing started
Syncing data....done.

4.รอ reboot จนเสร็จ

หมายเหตุ
- write erase เป็นคำสั่ง reset configuration แต่จะไม่ลบ license management database บน controller
- write erase all เป็นคำสั่ง reset configuration ทั้งหมดให้กลับไปเป็นค่า factory defaults
