วิธีตรวจสอบ Speed Connecttion บน Netwotk Card บน Linux

สงสัยว่า การ์ดแลนบน Linux ว่า Speed ที่ได้นั้นสูงสุดได้เท่าไร
บน Windows จะได้ 10/100/1000 Mbps ในรุ่นใหม่ ๆ

แต่พอลง Linux บน VMware ก็เลยส่งสัยว่าได้เท่าไร (ใช้งานแบบ CLI)
ลองตรวจสอบ บน VMWare พบว่า เป็น Network Card แบบ VMXNET 3

เมื่อ run คำสั่งทดสอบ จะได้ผลดังนี้
