การปิด Firewall บน CentOS

หลังการติดตั้ง CentOS Linux หากผู้ดูแลระบบต้องการปิด Firewall สามารถทำได้ดังนี้

1. ทำการปิดบริการ IPTABLES และ IP6TABLES ด้วยคำสั่ง service
> ปิดขณะที่ Logณ์ อยู่
service iptables stop [enter]
service ip6tables stop [enter]

2. ปิดบริการแบบถาวร ไม่ให้ทำงานตอนบู๊ตระบบ
chkconfig iptables off [enter]
chkconfig iptables off [enter]

3. ตรวจสอบด้วยคำสั่ง CHKCONFIG
chkconfig --list iptables [enter]
chkconfig --list ip6tables [enter]
chkconfig --list [enter]

4. แก้ไขไฟล์ SELINUX โดยเปลี่ยนจาก enforcing เป็น disabled
vi /etc/selinux/config [enter]
SELINUX=disabled

5. ทำการรีบูีตเครื่องใหม่  reboot [enter]
