1. พิมพ์ netstat -an |more (ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม)
2. จะแสดงผลลัพธ์ (Protocol, Local Address, Foreign Address, State) ดังนี้
3. เลือก Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
4. เช็ครายละเอียดใน Inbound Rules
5. เช็ครายละเอียดใน Server Configuration Client Access
เลือกแท็บ POP3 and IMAP4 ใน DC01
6. Start -> พิมพ์ Services
7. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Microsoft Exchange IMAP4
8. ในแท็บ General เปลี่ยน Start Type เป็น Automatic แล้วคลิก Start
9. คลิก OK
10. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Microsoft Exchange POP3
11. ในแท็บ General เปลี่ยน Start Type เป็น Automatic แล้วคลิก Start
12. คลิก OK
13. แสดงการเพิ่ม Port 110 และ Port 143
หมายเหตุ
POP3 - Port 110
IMAP - Port 143
SMTP - Port 25
HTTP - Port 80
Secure SMTP (SSMTP) - Port 465
Secure IMAP (IMAP-SSL) - Port 585
IMAP4 over SSL (IMAPS) - Port 993
Secure POP3 (SSL-POP) - Port 995
