Accepted Domain

    Accepted Domain คือ ชื่อโดเมนของ Mail Server ที่เราใช้งานอยู่ เช่น itfinities.com โดยจะทำให้ Exchange Server รู้ว่า E-mail Address ที่จะใช้ในองค์กรมี E-mail Address อะไรบ้าง ซึ่ง Exchange Server จะรับเฉพาะ E-mail Address ที่อยู่ในรายการของ Accepted Domain เท่านั้น (หากเป็น E-mail ส่งหา E-mail Address อื่นๆจะไม่รับ)

ชนิดของ Accepted Domain

   1. Authoritative เป็นค่า Default ในการสร้าง Accepted Domain เป็น Accepted Domain ที่ Microsoft Exchange จะตรวจหากล่องจดหมาย (mailbox) ของผู้ใช้ในระบบของ Microsoft Exchange เท่านั้น หากไม่พบก็จะส่งข้อผิดพลาดไปยังผู้ส่งอีเมล์ทีนทีว่าไม่พบกล่องจดหมายของผู้ใช้งานนั้นๆในระบบ ซึ่งเป็นค่า Default ของระบบ

    2. Internal Relay เป็น Accepted Domain ที่ Microsoft Exchange ใช้ตรวจหากล่องจดหมายของผู้ใช้ในระบบของ Microsoft Exchange ก่อน หากไม่พบจะค้นหากล่องจดหมายของผู้ใช้ในระบบอื่นๆ ตามที่กำหนดใน Send Connector อีกครั้ง  ซึ่งเหมาะกับการใช้งานในระหว่างการเปลี่ยนถ่ายระบบ (Migration) จากระบบที่ให้บริการอีเมล์อื่นๆมาเป็น Microsoft Exchange ใน Hub Transport Server จะทำหน้าที่ส่งต่ออีเมล์ไปยังระบบอีเมล์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

    3. External Relay เป็น Accepted Domain ที่ Microsoft Exchange ส่งต่ออีเมล์ที่มาถึงโดเมนเนมนี้ไปยังผู้ให้บริการอีเมล์รายอื่นๆในระบบเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต โดย Edge Transport Server จะทำหน้าที่ส่งต่ออีเมล์อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

วิธีกำหนดค่าการทำงาน Accepted Domain

1. เลือก Start -> Exchange Management Console

2. เมื่อเข้าไปที่ Exchange Management Console แล้วกด + ที่หน้า Organization Configuration -> เลือก Hub Transport -> เลือกแท็บ Accepted Domains ซึ่งมี Domain Name ชื่อ itfinities.com อยู่

3. เลือก New Accepted Domain

4. พิมพ์ Name และ Accepted Domain แล้วเลือกชนิดของ Accepted Domain และคลิก New

5. คลิก Finish

6. จะแสดงผลลัพธ์ ดังนี้

การรับ - ส่งอีเมล์

1. Microsoft Exchange Console -> Server Configuration -> Client Access -> คลิกขวาที่ owa (Default Web Site) -> เลือก Properties

2. คัดลอก Internal URL แล้วไปวางใน Web Browser

3. ส่งเมล์จาก Exchange2010AdministratorAccount@itfinities.com ไปยัง user01@itfinities.com และ user02@itfinities.com

  3.1 Login ด้วย itfinities\exchangeadm และใส่ Password แล้วคลิก Sign in

  3.2 พิมพ์ข้อความที่จะส่ง โดยระบุผู้รับ, ผู้ที่จะส่งสำเนาถึง, หัวข้อ และเนื้อหาของเมล์ แล้วคลิก Send

  3.3 Login ด้วย itfinities\user01 และใส่ Password แล้วคลิก Sign in

  3.4 อีเมล์ที่ user01 ได้รับจาก Exchange2010AdministratorAccount@itfinities.com

  3.5 Login ด้วย itfinities\user02 และใส่ Password แล้วคลิก Sign in

  3.6 อีเมล์ที่ user02 ได้รับจาก  Exchange2010AdministratorAccount@itfinities.com

4. ส่งเมล์จาก user02@itfinities.com  ไปยัง Exchange2010AdministratorAccount@itfinities.com

  4.1 Login ด้วย itfinities\user02 และใส่ Password แล้วคลิก Sign in

  4.2 พิมพ์ข้อความที่จะส่ง โดยระบุผู้รับ, ผู้ที่จะส่งสำเนาถึง, หัวข้อ และเนื้อหาของเมล์ แล้วคลิก Send

  4.3 อีเมล์ที่ Exchange2010AdministratorAccount@itfinities.com ได้รับจาก user02@itfinities.com

การตั้งค่า DNS & MX records

1. เข้าไปที่ Server Manager เลือก DNS Server -> DNS -> DC01 -> itfinities.com

2. คลิก Add

3. คลิก <Click here to add IP Address>

4. ใส่ IP Address

5. คลิก OK

6. คลิก Apply -> OK

7. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ (Same as parent folder), Host (A), 10.1.40.22

8. เปลี่ยน IP Address เป็น 10.1.40.25 แล้วคลิก OK

9. คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง เลือก New Alias (CNAME)

10. พิมพ์ www ที่ Alias name และพิมพ์ itfinities.com แล้วคลิก OK

11. จะแสดงผลลัพธ์ ดังนี้

12. คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง แล้วเลือก New Mail Exchanger (MX)…

13. พิมพ์ mail.itfinities.com แล้วคลิก OK

14. จะแสดงผลลัพธ์ ดังนี้

15. คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง เลือก New Host (A or AAAA)…

16. พิมพ์ mail และ IP Address แล้วคลิก Add Host

17. คลิก OK

18. คลิก Done

19. คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง เลือก New Host (A or AAAA)…

20. พิมพ์ exchange2 และ IP Address แล้วคลิก Add Host

21. คลิก OK

22. คลิก Done

การตั้งค่า Port ต่างๆที่ใช้งาน

1. พิมพ์ netstat -an |more (ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม)

2. จะแสดงผลลัพธ์ (Protocol, Local Address, Foreign Address, State) ดังนี้

3. เลือก Start -> All Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Windows Firewall with Advanced Security

4. เช็ครายละเอียดใน Inbound Rules

5. เช็ครายละเอียดใน Server Configuration Client Access เลือกแท็บ POP3 and IMAP4 ใน DC01

6. Start -> พิมพ์ Services

7. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Microsoft Exchange IMAP4

8. ในแท็บ General เปลี่ยน Start Type เป็น Automatic แล้วคลิก Start

9. คลิก OK

10. ดับเบิ้ลคลิกที่ Microsoft Exchange POP3

11. ในแท็บ General เปลี่ยน Start Type เป็น Automatic แล้วคลิก Start

12. คลิก OK

13. แสดงการเพิ่ม Port 110 และ Port 143
