Uptime Robot ทำ Dashboard ให้ User ตรวจสอบระบบได้ด้วยตัวเอง

จากที่เคยแนะนำการใช้งาน Uptime Robot เพื่อ Monitor ระบบ

Uptime Robot มีความสามารถเพิ่มเติมอีกอย่าง คือ ทำ Dashboard รายงาน ว่าระบบที่ Monitor นั้น มีสถานะเป็นอย่างไรอยู่ ซึ่งจะสะดวกกรณีที่ต้องการให้ User ดูระบบเองได้ว่า มีตัวไหนล่ม หรือ ให้บริการอยู่  (เคยเห็น ISP บางเจ้าทำแบบนี้)

review การแจ้งซ่อม Notebook Dell แบบ Onsite

ได้รับแจ้งจากยูเซอร์ว่า พบปัญหาเครื่องโน๊ตบุ๊คเปิดไม่ติดหลังจากลุกออกจากเครื่องไปประมาณ 20 นาที

ตรวจสอบเบื้องต้นพบว่าเครื่องเปิดไม่ติดกดปุ่มพาวเวอร์มีไฟกระพริบ 1 ครั้ง แต่ไม่มีสัญญาณอะไรตอบสนองเพิ่มเติม

ถอดแบตเตอรี่เสียบใหม่ก็ยังเป็นเหมือนเดิมเคยได้ยินว่ามีอาการไฟค้างบอร์ดให้ทำการถอดแบตเตอรี่แล้วกดปุ่ม power ค้างไว้ 20 ถึง 30 วินาที ทดสอบแล้วก็ยังมีปัญหาเหมือนเดิม

จึงได้ทำการโทรหา Dell Call Center ตามหมายเลขโทรศัพท์ที่ติดไว้กับตัวเครื่อง กด Express service Code ที่อยู่กับตัวเครื่อง สอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งปัญหาและอาการ

เจ้าหน้าที่ให้ทำการถอดแบตและกดปุ่ม power ค้างเพื่อเคลียร์ไฟล์ในบอร์ด (เหมือนที่ได้ลองทำ)
แต่ยังไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
เจ้าหน้าที่จึงให้กดปุ่มฟังก์ชันและ esc ค้างไว้ แล้วเสียบสายไฟ ได้ยินเสียงเหมือนพัดลม CPU จะหมุนแต่ไม่หมุน เสียงประมาณติ๊กติ๊กติ๊กติ๊ก

 สู้กันอยู่สักพักแต่ไม่ดีขึ้นเนื่องจากเวลาที่แจ้งเป็นเวลา 3 ทุ่มกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่จึงแจ้งว่าจะเปิดเคสวันพรุ่งนี้และวันมะรืนช่างของ Dell จะเข้า Onsite และได้แจ้งข้อมูลสถานที่ ที่อยู่

อีกสักครู่จึงได้รับเมล์จาก Dell ว่าได้เปิดเคสเรียบร้อยแล้ว วันรุ่งขึ้นมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดียวโทรมาสอบถามว่าจะเข้ามา Onsite ในวันถัดไป คุยกันปกติเรียบร้อยดี

ขั้นตอนการ Export ขนาดกล่องจดหมายของผู้ใช้ และเรียงจากขนาดมากสุดมาน้อยสุด

1. Login to your Exchange 2010 server
2. Run Exchange PowerShell as Administrator
3. Run PowerShell string

Get-MailboxStatistics -Database "Mailbox Database XXXXXXXXXXXXX" | Select DisplayName, ItemCount, TotalItemSize | Sort-Object TotalItemSize -Descending | Export-CSV C:\filename.csv

4. Alter the mailbox database number and the export address as required

Exchange Server 2010: เพิ่มเวลาการจองปฏิทินล่วงหน้าเป็น 365 วัน

Use the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet to modify calendar processing options for resource mailboxes, which include the Calendar Attendant, resource booking assistant, and calendar configuration. Note that this cmdlet is effective only on resource mailboxes

The BookingWindowInDays parameter specifies the maximum number of days in advance that the resource can be reserved. Valid input is an integer from 0 through 1080. The default value is 180 days. The value 0 means today.

ขั้นตอนการตั้งค่า

1. เปิด Exchange Management Shell

2. พิมพ์ Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity "mailbox" | Format-List เพื่อดูข้อมูลการตั้งค่า

3. พิมพ์ Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity "mailbox" -BookingWindowInDays 365 เพื่อตั้งค่าจำนวนวันที่มากที่สุดในการจองปฏิทินล่วงหน้า

4.พิมพ์ Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity "mailbox" | Format-List อีกครั้ง เพื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลการตั้งค่า

เพิ่ม Captive Portal Certificate บน Aruba

The URL used by the captive portal (as seen in the browser of end users) is determined by the common name (CN) in the digital certificate. The CN of the default certificate that comes with every Aruba controller is "securelogin.arubanetworks.com". When you upload a different certificate with a different CN onto the Aruba controller, the URL is changed and refers the new CN.


Using the WebUI to upload a certificate
1) Navigate to Configuration > Management > Certificates

2) Select your certificate as a server certificate

3) Select Certificate type > Server Cert.

4) Click Upload.

Using the WebUI to select a certificate for captive portal

1) Navigate to Configuration > Management > General.

2) Under Captive Portal Certificate, select the name of the imported certificate from the drop-down list.

3) Click Apply.
